Corporate Event Photo Booth

Holiday parties, launches, conferences and staff appreciation nights, with an attendant on site the whole time and every photo delivered to you afterwards.

The event people talk about on Monday

Corporate events are the most common thing we are booked for. The reason is not complicated: a company party is a room full of people who work together and do not know each other, and a booth is the fastest way to fix that without anyone being made to play a game.

The open-air setup helps. There is no curtained box to disappear into, so a group of 8 fits in the shot and everyone else can see what is happening, which is most of the reason a queue forms at all.

What we are usually booked for

Holiday parties

The one night of the year the whole company is in a room together and half of them have never spoken. A booth is the shortest route from that to a photograph of them laughing.

Launches and openings

Guests who came to see a product end up with a photograph of themselves at it. The screens carry your event name and your colors, so what they take home looks like the evening they attended.

Conferences and trade shows

The slim kiosk-only setup needs less floor than the full booth with its enclosure, which matters when your footprint is measured and paid for by the square foot.

Staff appreciation nights

Awards evenings, anniversaries and team celebrations. Everyone leaves with something, and you get the full gallery afterwards for the newsletter and the internal channels.

The practical questions your venue will ask

Answer these four and most operations teams stop asking.

An attendant, so nobody on your team runs it

Someone is with the booth for the whole rental. At a corporate event that matters more than at a wedding, because the alternative is a member of staff spending their own evening managing a queue.

A setup that fits the room you were given

We recommend 10’ x 10’ and can work down to a minimum of 8’ x 8’. There is a full booth with a tri-fold enclosure and a slim kiosk-only setup, and a lobby or a hotel function room usually wants the second.

No power run in most cases

The setup runs on its own internal power for events up to 4 hours. Beyond that we ask for a standard 120V outlet within 15 feet. We bring our own extension cords and cable covers, which venue operations teams tend to ask about first.

Screens and prints in your colors

The welcome screen and the print layout carry your wording and your event date against themed graphics in the 2 colors you choose. You set that yourself in your dashboard and you see the finished print as you go.

What it costs

A corporate photo booth rental starts at $450, including delivery, setup, the on-site attendant, breakdown and your full digital gallery. Adding the video guestbook to the same booking brings the pair to $550.

Prints, extra hours and add-ons are chosen by you. Travel within 30 miles of East Orlando is included. Every figure is shown in the booking form before anything is due, so the number you take to whoever approves it is the number you pay.

Questions organizers ask

How much floor space do you need?

We recommend a 10’ x 10’ space for the backdrop, the booth, the props, the printer if you have chosen it, and room for people to gather. We can work with smaller spaces down to a minimum of 8’ x 8’. Tell us about the room when you book and we will suggest the setup that fits it.

Does the venue need to supply power?

Usually not. Our setup runs on its own internal power for events up to 4 hours. For anything longer we will ask for a standard 120V outlet within 15 feet. We bring our own extension cords and cable covers, so nothing is left trailing across a floor.

How long do you stay?

Booth time starts at 3 hours and goes up to 5 in half-hour steps. On top of that we arrive about an hour before to set up and stay about an hour afterwards to break down, so the booth is ready before your first guest reaches it and nothing is packed away in front of anyone.

Do we have to take prints?

No. Physical 4’’ x 6’’ prints are an add-on. Plenty of hosts run the booth digital-only and let guests take their photos straight from the booth, which keeps a queue moving faster at a busy event. If you do want prints there is a standard printer and a high-speed one.

Do we get the photos afterwards?

Yes. Every photo is delivered digitally after the event in full quality, and guests can take theirs home from the booth on the night as well.

How far in advance do we need to book?

You can see availability for each package right on the booking form. There is one firm limit: we need at least 14 days before your event to take a booking. If your date is closer than that, email us anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it work.

Not the question you had? The full list on our homepage covers booking, payment plans, prints, backdrops, travel and what happens on the day.
