Two keepsakes, one station
A photograph is what your guests take home on the night. A message in their own voice is what you watch back weeks later, when the day is over and you want to hear it again. They are not the same thing, and taking both is why this is the package we send out most.
It costs your venue nothing extra in space. One setup, one attendant, one queue.
What each half does
The photo booth half
An open-air booth rather than a curtained box, so a group of 8 fits in one shot. Your choice of backdrop, props matched to your event, and prints as an optional add-on. Every photo comes back to you digitally in full quality.
The video guestbook half
Guests record a short message instead of signing a book. Each message runs up to 30 seconds, which is long enough to say something real and short enough that the queue keeps moving. Recorded in HD and delivered with your gallery.
Why hosts take the pair
One station, not two
Both experiences run from the same setup, so the pair takes no more floor space at your venue than the booth on its own. We still recommend a 10’ x 10’ area and can work down to a minimum of 8’ x 8’.
One attendant, one queue
The same attendant covers both for the whole rental. Guests choose what they want to do when they reach the front, which is why one line serves two experiences without either of them stalling.
One booking, one block of time
Booth time starts at 3 hours and goes up to 5 in half-hour steps, and it covers both experiences. You are not buying two rentals and trying to make the hours line up.
Two things to keep
Photographs are what people take home on the night. The messages are what you watch back weeks later. They are different keepsakes and that is the real argument for taking both.
What it costs
The photo booth and video guestbook package starts at $550, including delivery, setup, the on-site attendant, breakdown and your full digital gallery. Either experience on its own starts at $450.
Prints, extra hours, hats and shades are add-ons you choose. Travel within 30 miles of East Orlando is included. You see every figure in the booking form before anything is due.

Does the pair need more room than the booth alone?
No. Both experiences run from one station, so it takes no extra floor space at your venue. We recommend a 10’ x 10’ space for the backdrop, the booth, the props, the printer if you have chosen it, and room for guests to gather, and we can work with smaller spaces down to a minimum of 8’ x 8’.
How long is each video message?
Up to 30 seconds. That is deliberate. It is long enough for a guest to say something worth keeping and short enough that nobody in the line gives up waiting.
Do guests have to do both?
No. Each guest chooses when they reach the booth. Some take photographs, some leave a message, plenty do both, and nobody is made to do anything.
Can we still add prints?
Yes. Physical 4’’ x 6’’ prints are an add-on either way, with a standard printer and a high-speed one and a choice of print volume. The video messages are delivered digitally.
Can we customize both experiences?
Yes, and you do it yourself rather than by email. Your prints and your screens carry your wording and your event date against themed graphics in the 2 colors you choose. You set that on the “App Experience” page in your dashboard and you see a picture of the finished print as you go. You can keep changing it up to one month before your event.
How do we book the pair?
Choose it on the booking form and the price updates as you go. It is the most common combination we send out, so it is not a special request. We need at least 14 days before your event to take a booking.
