The hour of your wedding nobody plans
Every couple plans the ceremony, the meal and the first dance. Almost nobody plans the gap between them, and that gap is where a wedding either keeps its energy or quietly loses it.
A booth is not really about the photographs. It is about giving 100 people something to do together in a room where they only half know each other. The photographs are what you get to keep afterwards.
Where it goes in your day
You choose the start time on the booking form and we build the setup around it.
Cocktail hour
The most common choice, and the easiest one to defend. Your guests are standing around with a drink and nothing to do while you are away with the photographer. The booth gives that hour a shape and you get the pictures from it.
After dinner
The other common slot. Once the plates are cleared there are two kinds of guest: the ones who dance and the ones who do not. The booth is for the second group, and it keeps them in the room instead of in the car park.
How long it runs
Booth time starts at 3 hours and goes up to 5 in half-hour steps. On top of that we arrive about an hour before to set up and stay about an hour afterwards to break down, so nothing is being assembled or packed away in front of your guests.

A guest book people actually use
A paper guest book collects a signature and a line of handwriting. Guests at a booth leave a photograph, and with the video guestbook added they leave a message in their own voice. Both come back to you afterwards in full quality.
Backdrops that suit the room
Champagne, ivory, white, rose gold, light gold and blush sit naturally in a wedding. So does bringing your own, or using a wall you already love, and the price is the same either way.
Nobody from your side runs it
An attendant is with the booth for the whole rental. That is the part couples underestimate: without one, the person who ends up managing the queue and the props is usually a relative in formal wear.
Prints as a favor, if you want them
Physical 4’’ x 6’’ prints are an add-on rather than a default. Plenty of couples run it digital-only and let guests take their photos from the booth on the night. If you do want prints, there is a standard printer and a high-speed one.
What it costs
A wedding photo booth rental starts at $450, including delivery, setup, the on-site attendant, breakdown and your full digital gallery. Adding the video guestbook to the same booking brings the pair to $550.
Prints, extra hours, hats and shades are add-ons you choose. Travel within 30 miles of East Orlando is included. You see every figure in the booking form before anything is due.

How much space does it need at a wedding venue?
We recommend a 10’ x 10’ space for the backdrop, the booth, the props, the printer if you have chosen it, and room for guests to gather. We can work with smaller spaces down to a minimum of 8’ x 8’. Tell us about your room when you book and we will suggest the setup that fits it.
Does the venue need to give us a power outlet?
Usually not. The setup runs on its own internal power for events up to 4 hours. Beyond that we ask for a standard 120V outlet within 15 feet. We bring our own extension cords and cable covers, so nothing is trailing across a floor people are dancing on.
Can we have the video guestbook as well?
Yes, and it is the most common combination we send out. Both run from one station, so it takes no extra floor space at your venue. Each video message runs up to 30 seconds, which is long enough for something real and short enough that a queue keeps moving.
Can we put our names and our wedding date on the prints?
Yes, and you set it yourself rather than by email. Your prints carry your wording and your date against themed graphics in the 2 colors you choose. You do that on the “App Experience” page in your dashboard and you see a picture of the finished print as you go. You can keep changing it up to one month before your event.
How far ahead should we book a wedding date?
As early as you can. Weddings are the dates that go first, and you can see availability for each package right on the booking form. There is one firm limit at the other end: we need at least 14 days before your event to take a booking.
What happens if our plans change?
You can make changes to your booking yourself from your dashboard, and our cancellation and refund policy sets out the deadlines and what a change or a cancellation costs at each stage. Nothing about a wedding booking is more restrictive than any other event.
