When you book through our website or complete our customization form, we collect information including your name, email address, phone number, event date, event location, and payment information. Payment data is processed securely through Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to confirm and manage your booking, communicate event logistics, deliver your digital gallery after the event, send follow-up communications related to your booking, and occasionally send marketing communications from Joie Jae Events and Joie Jae Memory Booth. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.
PHOTO & VIDEO CONTENT
Digital photos and video messages captured at your event are delivered to guests and to you as the Client. We may use select event photos or behind-the-scenes content for marketing purposes as described in our Rental Agreement. Private guest video messages are never shared publicly without express written permission from the Client. To submit a media opt-out request, please contact us in writing before your event.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website and booking process integrate with trusted third-party platforms to handle payments, bookings, and form submissions. Each platform maintains its own privacy practices. If you have specific concerns about how your data is handled, please contact us directly.
DATA RETENTION
We retain booking and contact information for a reasonable period to support customer service, business records, and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us directly.
